Specialist 360 feedback tool for lawyers

Lawyer360 has just been launched offering specialist 360 frameworks to the legal professional. This is a great example of how coaches and development specialist can capitalise on their industry experience to develop niche 360 products, setting them ahead of the competition in their field. 

Lawyer360 has been developed with input from a number of Appraisal360 practitioners; Nicola Meeres and Nicola Scott-Jones, who both have a professional background in law; Jane Green-Armitage who are currently working with law firms to enhance their performance and development; and Lynda Holt who has co-ordinated development of the frameworks.  

The specialist 360 feedback tools for lawyers are currently in final pilot stages and will available for any of our practitioners to use. We are grateful to Jenny Jones, Jan & Carl at Potentio, and Carolyn & Andy at Motiv8 for their early interest in being involved in pilot projects.

Kate lands contract with Cheshire West

Appraisal360 practitioner Kate Wootton of Ripple Concept has just secured a contract with Cheshire West Council to provide 360 feedback for around 100 staff, facilitate some training workshops for their team in managing 360 feedback and support their HR team.
