Keeping track of your 360 projects just got even easier with Appraisal360's updated Project Manager Tool.
Richard and the software team have put together an easy to use "bolt on" to your standard trainer account which allows you to select a group of appraisee's and quickly download a spreadsheet report of where they all are in their 360 journey. No need to go into each appraisee's 360. It's a two minute job which gives you an at-a-glance status report of your whole project.
There's two reports available from the tool. The first gives you an overview of the entire project - showing you each appraisee, their self perception status, how many respondents they've added, how many have started, finished and so on.
The second gives you a list of all outstanding respondents, their email and who's 360 they are responding to, thus allowing you to quickly and easily report to your client and to send group emails to remind people with more personalised messages from you rather than the online reminders, where appropriate.
The Project Manager Tool is available for a one off charge of £50 which you can then use for the lifetime of your trainer account. (those of you who already have access to the old project manager tool get the upgrade for free).
