About Us
Appraisal360 Practitioners has been set up to help coaches, trainers and learning development professionals using 360 feedback. It is designed to support people using Appraisal360 tools as well as those wanting to develop their own businesses with 360 as part of their tool kit.
Appriasal360 is one of the leading providers of online 360 feedback. The company was set up by Richard Oppenheimer 5 years ago. From the beginning we have worked with 360 coaches to support our online tool provision, and in 2010 Lynda Holt started to develop this further to offer networking opportunities, 360 facilitator training and one to one support to practitioners in our network. This website is here a member site to support our practitioners, to offer an online profile for our authorized practitioners and to provide access to business support through our development programmes.
The Appraisal360 system has been carefully designed to offer reliability, security and the best flexibility around. Richard's background as a telecoms engineer, and Tom's skill as a developer ensure the operating system stays ahead of the curve, both behind the scenes and in user features.
